Besides getting to kill monsters and collecting loot, what's my motivation in the Expansion :)? Some dragon ghost tells you to find a symbol of good and evil but after getting those 2 items I'm not sure what I'm trying to accomplish in the expansion game.

I think it is to restore the dragons to Tarnak. According to the Dragon ghost thing they fled when Maruziel arrived but they can no longer survive in the other dimension...they want back in - maybe they think Tarnak is easy pickings!

I hope the full story gets revealed once you explore the different areas.<br/>
But perhaps I should add some more information and storyline upon finding the various key items.<br/>

Have to agree, enjoyed the expansion, lots of challenges and enjoyment. However, I just didn't feel the story. Tasks brought me through to the endgame encounter, but I didn't real get a depth of story from the tasks, clues, etc.

If you could have the Bard's quotes be written to the Log as well then the storyline has some memory permanence. Early game Bard was so cool with the Bard "coloring the ambience" with additional quips and stories. Truly, this game is based heavily on Bard's Tale...but our Bard is sadly....out of tales to tell lately.
