Do people find runes to be particularly useful? Based on someone's previous posting, I take it that they either add a modifier to hit for weapons and SV modifier for armor. I could see the usefulness of the SV modifier, but my guys do quite a bit of damage with their weapons as it is and rarely miss.

They are pretty useless IMO.
