I <I>''really''</I> enjoy this game, but I'm getting a bit frustrated about my armor situation.  I created a party and leveled them to about 13 and found that I received no armor drops except those in fixed chests.  I checked the forums and saw that grinding dungeons was recommended, so I did just that.  I made dozens of runs in all of the dungeons before Savage Crossing and came up empty.  <br/>

Thinking something was wrong with my game, I started again.  My party is lvl 9 and I've been through the Tunnels and Abandoned Tower more times than I can count.  This time was after the 2.1.6 update.  I'm getting tons more loot, but mostly consumables and ranged weapons.<br/>

Am I just being impatient?  What is the expected armor drop rate?<br/>

In my opinion, with the new version, still too rare. <br/>

I have been playing this version for about 6 hours (over 10 million XP) and have seen no armor whatsoever. I have seen numerous low level bows, some arrows, various throwing weapons, some runes and the usual splinters and divine powder.<br/>

The drops could still use some tweaking IMHO. Still a great game, and at super levels you don't need high-level armor...<br/>

PS: I have never seen any Andursteel or Forgus Plate in over 500 million XP. Maybe Steel Plate is the best you can get.

The lack of armour and weapon drops with v2.1.6 is definitely a bug according to the other posts here.<br/>
The drop chance should be around 15-20% per fight, with an additional 20-30% in a dungeon. This should include weapons and armour -- so this is a bug I have to fix as soon as possible.<br/>

Thanks a ton.  This game is just what I'm looking for in an iPhone RPG, but the prospect of new gear is what keeps me plugging along.  I appreciate your response!

I already found the problem and the update has already been sent to Apple for review.<br/>
Should be live (hopefully) within the next 5 days.<br/>
