I am stuck, and I don't know where to go, or what to do next. I have cleared out the ridge fault, but can't get past the pedestal or "ancient force" protecting the area. I have three diamonds, not sure what to do. Also, I am at the end of the Tarasz Passage, but can't get thru the final door because I need "approval from Maruchial" or something. I read other player's posts and they were talking about the Dwarven Mountains, that's where the Maruchial guy is. How do I get there? Am I missing something?? Please help if you can!!! Thanks, love the game

Bankster - I have to laugh, because I finished the game (or at least beat Maruziel, though there is other content to explore afterward), but you have mentioned something I didn't find.  Diamonds???  I remember in the compendium seeing rubies and diamonds, but never found any such items on the way to defeating the big guy.  Where did you get those at???  (Of course, I never found a troll ring or fiery avenger either.)  <br/>

In exchange, here's what you need:  If you are in tarasz passage, in the death room that saps all of your energy, only to be locked out, you need the <I>''sign of Maruziel''</I> to unlock the door, which I believe came from one of two places:  I think defeating the Burial Mounds, which are north of Savage Crossing in an area called Loch Ceater.  The Mounds/Temple there can only be accessed at 12am.  Go deep.  Pretty sure it came there...though if not, the hidden temple in Druid's grove.  (Sadly, 100+ hours of playing over the past month, and I've forgotten more than I remember!)

I got the 3 diamonds from three chests in adjoining rooms to the dragon take off room. The big chamber that has three rooms off of it that have names attached to them like shadowgaze & bob. It is located in the ridge fault, you access it from directly across form the watchtower front door. You can climb down there, and just follow the path. I will try your suggestions thanks, I remember a locked door in the burial mound that I wasn't able to open. I will try that. I never did get any rubies yet though

I went thru the Burial Mound & Druid's Temple & still did not find the sign of Maruziel.

You get the sign of Maruziel by defeating the high priest at the center of the "Bandit's Cave."
