So if you have a rogue in the front four spots and it says attack from shadows 20&#039;, you can actually attack a monster 30&#039; away. If you have cast a spell from the back lines that has a range of 70, it hits monsters 70&#039; away even though it&#039;s really 80 feet from the back.&lt;br/&gt;<br /> &lt;br/&gt;<br /> I like this behavior and grew accustomed to it - but it doesn&#039;t work that way for dragoncaller spells.
