Do you have a Dietrich? You can equip it and your Rogue will have higher lock pick %. Using it also is/was an option to knock tumblers off a lock.<br />

There is a shop in the sewer base of annsharbour (the one near the entrance not the general store) that sells both lockpicks and dietrichs. If you pick up master thievery, all of those tumblers will turn green eventually, but until then either item will reduce the number of tumblers by one each time they are used.<br />
